Old VfD discussion
[edit]from VfD:
Dictdef --fvw* 12:03, 2004 Nov 26 (UTC)
- Transwiki to wiktionary, or better yet, rewrite from scratch in Wiktionary. jni 13:15, 26 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: No need to transwiki. Geogre 14:20, 26 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Keep: I expanded the definition, and added a new section on how cultural norms can affect the understanding of the word. I think this second section effectively makes a move into wiktionary unnecessary. --Handel 03:04, 28 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Keep changed version. --L33tminion | (talk) 06:17, Nov 29, 2004 (UTC)
- Keep: might grow even more. Oneliner 20:44, 29 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Excellent expansion. That's still content which would be appropriate in Wiktionary, though. The three articles which link to it are all referring to unused resources (2 computer, one engine). Transwiki and update the links. Rossami (talk) 23:25, 29 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Idle, West Yorkshire
[edit]Surely the mention of the town Idle in West Yorkshire should be moved to Idle (Disambiguation)?--Darrelljon 20:48, 29 April 2006 (UTC)

Rename title?
[edit]Shouldn't this be titled "Idleness"? -- Ϫ 02:23, 7 April 2010 (UTC)
sackable??
[edit]Really asking for holiday leave is a sackable offence in the UK. What rubbish. The law says what an offence is and this is not that. Asking for leave may lead to dismissal in some cases, but they would be highly unusual cases and in many cases just for asking wuld be grounds for unlawful dismissal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.159.1.78 (talk) 10:41, 31 March 2016 (UTC)
