Hi, Noeljm. With regard to Sauce Allemande, I think you'll find that you've stumbled onto a subject - culinary history - that attracts a lot of attention from people whose main goal in Wikipedia is to delete recipes. It's likely it will be nominated for deletion; try not to take that personally. The way to salvage the article is to include more culinary history (when was the sauce invented, by whom, with what foods is it traditionally served, etc.) - Nunh-huh 05:13, 3 Oct 2004 (UTC)

  • Might also be a good idea not to just cut and paste from other web sites. Chef Bill's Cajun County is, after all, copyrighted. --jpgordon 05:20, 3 Oct 2004 (UTC)

Please don't add recipes unless there's something in the article about its history and notability. You might want to visit Wikibooks and put your recipes there. RickK
