Hi. I noticed the image at the top of the article is not what the subtitle claims. The tag says that in it, we see Vanderlei de Lima returning to Brazil with the bronze medal. The moment I saw it, I knew that wasn't the case. When I visited the image's page my suspicions were confirmed. There, the date of the image says September 7, 2004: that's the Brazilian independence date. This year, Vanderlei de Lima participated in the official celebrations at the nation's capital, Brasília, he opened the military parade carrying the Brazilian flag. That's what the image shows: Vanderlei de Lima in the independence parade in Brasília, not his return home from Athens with the bronze medal (in that occasion, he only paraded through Rio de Janeiro on a Firefighter truck, in addition to a similar parade in his native Maringá). Either we fix the subtitle or we replace the image, which I think would be better. Regards, Redux 06:13, 11 Dec 2004 (UTC)

Closing comment: The previous undiscussed move read 16:10, 1 September 2014 De Boni 2007 moved page Vanderlei de Lima to Vanderlei Cordeiro de Lima over redirect: In Brazil, usually the people are called by the first name. I can't make sense of it either. Andrewa (talk) 05:16, 15 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
