Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cultural Studies: two paradigms
Appearance
A synopsis of a paper. Is this paper still cited? [[User:Poccil|Peter O. (Talk)]] 06:54, Nov 29, 2004 (UTC)
- Delete: I'm a big Raymond Williams fan. At any rate, this article is non-encyclopedic, being a set of notes on a secondary work. (How could post-structuralism restore the de-centered subject to a place of a set of positions? Seems to me that it de-centers the subject to such a degree that no cultural position can adhere to it. Post-structuralism has the subject as a cipher.) Geogre 15:58, 29 Nov 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. If this were an article about the paper that explains not only what it says but also why it's important, I could see reason to keep it, but Wikipedia is not Cliff's notes. [[User:Livajo|力伟|☺]] 22:42, 29 Nov 2004 (UTC)
