This article is rather a mess than just a stub! A lot of name droppings, mostly still "red". A reader gets the wrong impression, that music life on P.E.I. is mainly made out of local country and folk oldtimers, some indie rock bands and some opera house that is gone. Well, I don't think that's a correct encyclopedic report of facts! - There is nearly no structure (history, traditional, classic, rock, jazz...) in this text yet. There is no reliable information about festivals, venues, music media, dancing, community centers. - You read of "renowned" Prince Edward Island Symphony Orchestra and Prince Edward Island music festival not filled. You do not find anything about the P.E.I. Jazz and Blues Festival which is a week long annually and certainly in the same degree important than the above classic "music festival. Even if there are current news about the menaced culture funding by cost cut politicians. Well, I'm living way too far from P.E.I. to perceive more than rough outlines that are reflected by some media covering. So native canadian wiki-authors have to fill the many gaps. -- Justus Nussbaum (talk) 13:50, 10 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
