Originally listed as a speedy delete, as far as I'm aware lists with just one entry are not speedy candidates. All the same this list does have only one entry so I think it's fate should be decided by consensus. -- Graham ☺ | Talk 14:24, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Just delete. If someone is really fanatical about losing this (unverified content) it can be transwikied to Wikiquote, but it seems singularily (mwhahahah) un-useful.--Samuel J. Howard 16:14, Sep 10, 2004 (UTC)
- This lemma should be a discussion of how the Indian proverb developed, how it differs from proverbs of other cultures, etc. List of Indian proverbs would be where this sole example would go. Since the latter does not exist, there is no merge and redirect. Since we have no content for the former, delete. Geogre 18:42, 10 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Move to list of Indian proverbs and keep. Significant and easily expanded. Wile E. Heresiarch 04:23, 11 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- How is one item a list? Delete. RickK 06:19, Sep 11, 2004 (UTC)
- It's not even clear what kind of Indian we are talking about here, American Indian, Indian subcontinent or, West Indies.--Samuel J. Howard 06:51, Sep 11, 2004 (UTC)
- Delete. Makes little more sense than, say, a list of european proverbs. Not encyclopedic. --Improv 11:18, 15 Sep 2004 (UTC)
- Delete single item list of dubious veracity. -- Cyrius|✎ 03:20, 16 Sep 2004 (UTC)
