In general, "Mythology" entries that quote no myth, no rite, no cult, no author ancient or modern, are less that informative. Laverna has some other significances that should be mentioned. Not quite a stub. Wetman 01:46, 13 Sep 2004 (UTC)

** I found the Source ***

[edit]

Hey, I found the source for this entry. It's copied from this site:

http://www.thaliatook.com/laverna.html

I would edit it, but I don't know how.

Hey!

[edit]

Well, I'm Thalia Took and the author of that bit about Laverna. I'd appreciate it if y'all didn't just take it and put it up on Wikipedia. Never mind that it was meant as a popular type article and not a scholarly one (I am an artist primarily), which is why it has no references as to authors or rites and is more general in nature. And I'm probably quite wrong about the Avernus bit, too, though I haven't gotten around to changing on my site. So it doesn't really fit here either.

As it states below, most websites are NOT public domain. Crediting the source does not mean you're not violating my copyright, so cut it out.
