[edit]yeah!
Who are these people, anyway?
[edit]Many of the people listed here have little or no supporting information by which even to help identify them, let alone to enable one to verify they are clarinetists of sufficient stature to merit being here. For all I know, in some cases, they're self-nominated elementary school students. Of course I am no expert on clarinet soloists and prominent orchestral clarinetists of the world, so most of them probably are eminent clarinetists; but that's the point, the non-expert reader shouldn't have to guess. I would suggest that the following names (from the classical section; probably similar remarks apply to the jazz section too) ought to be linked to biographical Wikipedia articles, or to external biographical links, or should have some brief explanatory text added; or they should be considered for removal.
- Daniel Aistrop
- Cristro Barrios
- Eric Bonhagen, Critically Acclaimed Soloist
- Michael Collins
- Vladimir Cvija
- Tonči Djuka
- Stephen Foss
- Erin George
- Mihael Gunzek
- Dom James, Passmore
- Einar Jóhannesson
- Theodore Johnson
- Igor Karlin
- Thea King
- Howard Klug
- Atanas Kolev
- Karl Leister
- Matija Levaj
- Jon Manasse
- Charles Neidich
- Josip Nochta
- Gervase de Peyer
- Josip Pomikalo
- Aleksije Radan
- Petko Radev
- Tejan Reilly
- Gligor Smokvarski
- Ratko Spasovski
- Josip Tonžetić

- Charles West (Note, linked to a Charles West who is not described as a clarinetist)

"Tale Ognenovski, Genius Virtuoso of the Clarinet"
[edit]I've found his biography at [1]. Should a man described as " one of the Greatest Instrumentalists and Composers in World Music" (which he isn't - listen to his Mozart Concerto sample!) be listed here? 3:00 , 21 January 2007 Andrija
