I'm an extremely busy person on Wikipedia, with lots of projects open. I cannot afford to be blocked for even one minute, I am sorry if I broke policy, but I feel not being blocked is more beneficial to Wikipedia. I do not have time to appeal to other Wikipedians.
Well, "Old Souls/Spirits" are those that have been around eons. One can usually tell an "Old Soul/Spirit" as opposed to a "Young Soul/Spirit". The problem with limiting the "democracy" here to active Wikipedians is particularly egregious since by the very nature of an encyclopedia we are dealing with the classic problem of holding the accountants to account.
